FREE E-License! Coaching Certifications
In an effort to raise the level of soccer quality club wide, all SWSC volunteer coaches are able to get their E-License certificate paid by SWSC. This course is typically over $100 but any volunteer coach at SWSC can email our DOC for details on having SWSC to pay this cost. Courses can be found here::

Soccer West Soccer Club Suggested Benchmarks
In an effort to provide consistency and an even higher level of quality of soccer, SWSC in partnership wtih the Des Moines Menace have compiled benchmarks for each age group that we hope all players meet and exceed. These are not requirements but rather resource coaches, players and parents can use to be sure they understand the basics of the beautiful game.

Age Specific Benchmarks are provided in our packet: Kiddie, U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11/U12. U13/U14
