Winter and Spring Opportunities

We have 2 Soccer West options for players U9 and up. If you are not a Fusion player, please join us for our "Recreational Technical Training". This is a great way to enhance your soccer skills over the winter.

FUSION PLAYERS: It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that you participate in the "Technical Training for Fusion Players" this winter.

Technical Training for players U9+
WHAT: This is a chance for players to continue honing their skills over the winter. Players will compete in drills and games under the direction of a professional coach to keep them sharp and ready for next spring.
WHO: Boys and Girls ages U9 and up
COST: $60
WHEN: Monday nights, January 7 - March 11
WHERE: Central Campus main gym

Technical Training for Fusion players
WHAT: This is essential training for Fusion players to continue honing their skills over the winter. Players will compete in drills and games under the direction of a professional coach to keep them sharp and ready for next spring.

COST: $60
WHEN: Tuesday nights, January 8 - March 12
WHERE: Central Campus main gym

Menace Winter Training Options
As mentioned before, our friends at the Menace are offering several indoor options that we think you might enjoy. There is a new one outlined here that you can check out. However, the deadlines for the Menace programs are QUICKLY APPROACHING. Sign up now if you want to participate.

Menace Champions League
WHAT: This is a new indoor futsal league that will provide players an opportunity to compete throughout the winter months. This league will take place over the span of 11 weeks. Players will receive uniforms with their registration.
WHO: U9-U19
COST: $90. Please note you are a Soccer West player when you register.
WHERE: Ignit Sports & Fitness
WHEN: Dec 11, 18. Every Tuesday from January 8-March 5

Menace U7-U10 Winter Training
WHAT: Information for winter training is provided at http://menaceacademy.com/Register/
WHO: U7-U10
COST: $115. Please note you are a Soccer West player when you register.
WHERE: Ignit Sports & Fitness (Tuesdays) & Des Moines (Saturdays) You get both locations with your purchase.

Spring Registration for Soccer West
Spring Registration is now OPEN! If you know you will be playing with us again in the spring, please register as soon as possible. Registration numbers help us plan teams, coaches, field layouts, etc. Don't wait for the last minute! Every year we turn away players who waited too long to sign up.

Soccer West Soccer Club has teamed up with Twin Forks Trading Co., a Des Moines based apparel company, to offer our players and fans a new line for Fall 2017.

Twin Forks focuses on ‘all things Des Moines’ - in addition to partnering with SWSC, they have collaborated with local artists, businesses and our city parks, to create unique lines built to celebrate our city and all it has to offer.
